The position is offered as: Part-time  Permanent

Details of Hours / Contract Length: Wednesday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30, occasional Saturdays

Description of Vacancy:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to work as part of the Big Issue team based in Bournemouth. You will support the team by completing all day-today admin within the office.

You must be proficient in Microsoft packages with good organisational skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise demands from different directions. Experience in using Salesforce would be very desirable.

You will also have experience in cash handling and must also hold a full, clean driving licence as you will need to move magazines and cover the Saturday delivery run occasionally.

Experience working with vulnerable and homeless people would be an advantage, and a commitment to the social objectives of The Big Issue is essential.
