Job Title: Gateway Service - Senior Information and Support Worker

Salary: £23,172 to £25,700 (pro-rata for part time hours £13,773 to £15,272 per annum)

The position is offered as: Part-time  Permanent

Details of Hours / Contract Length: 22 Hours to be worked over three days (Wednesday – Friday)

Description of Vacancy:
This role involves being part of the management team of the Gateway Service. We are looking for someone who has experience of service coordination on a day to day basis alongside experience and knowledge of developing systems and processes to assure service quality and improve service delivery.

This is an exciting time in Help & Care, with many changes and a need to drive excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible, with the job share partner, to manage the day to day operations of the team and work with the Service Manager to implement the team development plan. We are looking for someone who can take a lead in quality assurance and customer satisfaction across our services.

You will need to have demonstrable service development experience and a proven record in using your analytical and systems knowledge to help implement quality services. Knowledge and experience of working in a health and or social care environment is advantageous.
