Meet the Staff team
The organisation is led by Vivienne who works closely with the Board of Trustees to develop the organisation’s strategy. She manages the overall operations and harnesses the resources of the organisation to put the strategy into practice. She also acts as the main point of communication with key stakeholders and is responsible for raising funding to ensure the sustainable development of the organisation.

Volunteering Development Worker
Amy is our Volunteering Development Worker Amy compiles our monthly Voluntary Vacancy booklets, liaising with local VCS organisations who want to advertise their opportunities with us. She matches potential volunteers to voluntary vacancies, conducting volunteer interviews where needed.
Youth Development Worker
Dani is our Youth Development Worker. Dani is responsible for our Youth Development Project, which is a free service to all voluntary and community groups who are working with 13 – 19 year olds in the Bournemouth area. Dani offers one to one advice and support to existing groups and she also supports individuals who are thinking of setting up and running a youth group/club of any kind.
Steve is our Senior Advisor. Steve helps organisations set up, and gives help and advice to existing organisations. Steve's work is part of 'Helping You to Do More' which is being funded to help Bournemouth's voluntary and community groups to be more sustainable.
John is our Bookkeeper. John looks after the BCVS accounts, issues payments, prepares financial records, oversees the payroll and ensures HMRC and pension payments are kept up to date.
Patient Liaison Administrator
Hannah is our Patient Liaison Administrator. Hannah maintains the BCVS database and membership list, controls the BCVS training course arrangements, produces the Register of Contacts, provides administrative support to the team and looks after the audio-visual equipment loans. Hannah also contacts patients identified within the Virtual Ward Project and talks to them about voluntary sector support options that are available.
Virtual Ward Administrator
Lisa is our Virtual Ward Administrator. Lisa provides administrative support for the Virtual Ward Project including contacting health and social professionals, signposting patients, maintaining our monitoring records and generating reports. Lisa also provides reception duties for Bournemouth CVS, designs posters and other marketing information and supports the events and training.
